So you want to become a Polar Bear QRP Op.
The Polar Bears agree to go outdoors and operate their radios in any of the following months:
October, November, December, January, February and March.
If you plan on going out and operate from the great outdoors
during the winter months we can sign you up to the list and
issue you a Polar Bear number. If you just want a number and
you have no plans on going
outdoors to operate, please do not apply.
